Religious
Education
Welcome!
At
St. Leonard Faith Community, we understand the call to honor and sustain
households of faith as we nourish the developing faith of children. The
goal of St. Leonard Catholic Religious Education is to develop faith
formation programs that evangelize and catechize both children and the
adults with whom they live.
-
All aspects of our programs are Christ-centered and
are designed to awaken the personal spirituality of all household
members.
-
All programs maintain doctrinal integrity, remaining
faithful to the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church.
-
All programs respect the reality and diversity of
family life and nurture household prayer, conversation and action.
-
All programs are mission oriented, encouraging a
lived response to the faith message through the celebration of the
sacraments, community life and service to others.
-
Parents are encouraged to participate with
their children.
